Currently, accessories4car.com.au is available in Australia only. Orders with shipping address outside Australia will be cancelled and 2% of the order value which is bank service fee may not be refunded by the bank.

accessories4car.com.au takes the security and privacy of our users very seriously. We use state-of-the-art security measures to protect our users' information.

All the order placed online will be shipped within 24-48 business hours and tracking information will be sent via email provided at the time of placing the order.

Please send email to enquiries@accessories4car.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation charges applicable if the order is prepared and shipped out. 

- 6 months warranty will apply to all our products purchased online only, unless the corresponding listing states otherwise.

- If item arrives damaged, defective or an incorrect product, buyers must contact us within 7 days with a full and detailed description of the issue. You may be asked to supply evidence of defect. This will be in the form of photos/ videos showing the issue and the vehicle for us to determine the source of the problem.

- Product needs to be returned in “as new” condition. If there is an issue in regards to fitment, do not use the goods before returning.

- Accessories4car reserves the right to reject any claims made after 7 days, for accessories received as damaged in transit/ defective/incorrect item delivered. 

- If the product is assessed to be damaged on arrival, buyers will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement product or parts. If buyers are requested to send back defective items, a replacement will be sent to buyers after we receive the returned product back in our warehouse. In such cases, we will cover the return freight charges.

- Accessories4car is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled, or incorrectly installed. 

- Buyers should take professional assistance when installing car accessories wherever required.

- Complementary  accessories offered as part of promotion are not covered by the warranty/ replacement unless its damaged on arrival ( Subject to product availability)

- We also accept return for refund if customers change mind. Customers have to return the item by their cost within 7 days. And the refund will be processed after we receive the item (Shipping cost is not refundable on original order)

Our website will advise if the item is in stock or back - ordered before placing the order. After placing and order for the back ordered item and requesting to cancel the order will attract $4.99 credit / debit card.  service fee which is non- refundable by the bank. Same policy applies to incorrect item ordered or change of mind or shipping address outside Australia.
